We hope you are completely satisfied with reborn.global purchase and love what you ordered. But if we sent you an incorrect (not the product you ordered) or defective item, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
Terms and conditions are as follow:
Included proof of purchase (tax invoice, order number, etc.) Return will only be accepted within 10 days of the customer receiving the product. We will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective if it has been used.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
If you receive a defective product please contact us within our 10 days return policy period, we will replace the product or process your return at no charge. Incomplete orders or damaged orders must be reported to the above email address within 72 hours to avoid return shipping fees.
Please be noted that all intended to purchase from our website (hereinafter ‘Purchase Product’), save and except as set forth in the express warranty contained on the refund policy section as stated above, all Purchaser shall take the product as ‘where it is’ basis and our company shall make no express or implied warranty of any kind or whatsoever liability with respect of the purchased product.
Kindly be further noted that all our purchase products are supplied by our appointed supplier and we are always and fully indemnity by them at all times in the event of any unsatisfactory which does not fall under our warranty which set out at our return policy section above.
Upon confirmed and successful purchase, all purchasers shall be deemed a full acknowledgment & acceptance of the above and shall not have any whatsoever claim towards our company or our director or any other person which indemnify by your appointed supplier in the event if there is any unsatisfactory of the purchased product does not fall under our warranty which set out at our refund policy page.
